You should seriously consider Nepal. it`s breathtakingly beautiful and can be made budget friendly aswell. Also Bhutan is a good option this time of the year. i woul personally avoid anything on the beach because too much heat at that time of the year

If it's a budget travel, go to Sri Lanka, you will fall in love with the location. you can travel from sunny, hot beaches to cold mountaineous region in just 5-6 hrs of car ride ... You can visit my photo blog for some idea. happy travelling ! 🙂
Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Laos, Bali....Weatherwise, Bali is the best option as it will be raining in the other places in July. U can also travel to Eastern Europe as its cheaper than other parts of Europe... Budapest and Prague are both amazing places.
You can choose Thailand, it's safe, people are helpful here and there is lot to explore.
Also transportation is hustle free. it should not take more than 50k if you get air tickets early which should cost arround 20k for return.
