Hi guys, why do u think Cuba was the only country, that in march allowed cruise ship Braemar to dock in Havana after other countries including USA refused permession because of Covid-19 infections on board?

The Cruise was denied to dock by rest of all countries and was in mid sea for more than a week so I Think cuba showed humanitarian gesture and later UK Foreign thanked Cuba.
