Hi Nikita, the total cost for 3 days will be around Rs. 5,000 per person. From Delhi, take a bus to Bhuntar. From Bhuntar, take a bus to Kasol. From Kasol, you can either hire a taxi to take you to Tosh or do the scenic trek to the village.

Then after Raeching Bhuntar take a local HRTC bus from Bhuntar to Kasol (Roughly 50mins journey) All buses ftom Delhi to Manali/kullu go through Bhuntar, Make sure you inform the conductor to drop you There. and for 3 Days the budget can be 4000-5000.

From Manikaran or Bhuntar, take a local bus to Barsheni(Last point).Then take a taxi or walk from barsheni to tosh.Taxi will leaves you before 1.5 k.m from village tosh.from last point you have to trek the scenic village tosh.

Your budget should be more then 10K+, Reaching Tosh is very simple Take a bus to Bhuntar, than take another bus or you can hire a taxi to Tosh.
