Hi Kavya, I found the following numbers of Kullu taxi providers on Google - 9152455505 (Triptrego) and 9882354150 (Sharma Tours & Travels). Jibhi, Tirthan, Banjar, Bijli Mahadev and Naggar are ideal places to visit from Kullu.

Kullu don't have much to offer ( my personal opinion). You should head towards Manali. There you can visit Solang Valley, Old Manali, Hidimba Devi Temple. Cabs are available for Rohtang Pass from Manali Mall Road.
