It all depends on how you would like to stay and travel. You could get rooms as cheap as 200-300 bucks. You could travel on local buses. As far as the food goes don't compromise because if you do you would be missing out on arguably the best food in the hills. Carry 20,000 .... bec july is a season time rooms and all gonna be expensive ..

It will cost around 10 to 15 k approximately. During peak season it generally gets costly there.
