Hi,. I am planning for a visit to kashmir next month. I came to know that prepaid sims won't work there. Is that true ? if so then what is the solution for that ?

Thank you 😊 . But purchasing a sim just to travel to Kashmir for few days, doesn't seems to be worth though. if there is no other go then I have to do this.

Airtel postpaid, Jio and BNSL postpaid works well in Kashmir. But will suggest Jio as the best option.

Yes, Due to sensitive regions only postpaid SIM cards are allowed in Kashmir. Airtel,Jio and BSNL works fine with good internet connectivity
