If you start from Gulmarg, you could try visiting Pahalgam, then Sonamarg, Jammu and finally Srinagar from where transport is easily reachable. Still not clear you could try Airbnb or Mmt packages.

You can easily plan by yourself. 1) Gulmarg has to be your first priority as during Feb it's a paradise. ITINERARY
1) Flight to Srinagar, trust me flying during winter is one of the best experience. 2) You can Rent a taxi to Gulmarg it won't cost you much if you're renting public taxi. 3) You can easily find accommodation in booking.com or MakeMyTrip. 4) Ones you reach Gulmarg there are so many activities like skiing stuffs related to snow. 5) Please try to visit Bakshi restaurant for some finger licking afgani chicken and big brew brew for some hot coffee. Pahalgam will be a far stretch. I feel Gulmarg will be enough because no other place is awesome than Gulmarg during Feb. But in case you wanna go to Pahalgam. Rent a car

Places to Visit. If you're a fan of trekking then you should definitely try Aru valley or Tulian Lake Trek. Tulian will be bit tough but it's a whole different experience. Back to Srinagar. You can spend your last day here in Srinagar. By exploring Dal Lake, Market and try local cuisines. FYI: MUST TRY FOODS
