Hi.... expenditure in goa is totally depend on your choice, if u want budget travel, u can book oyo, Air BNB, or hostels such as wanderers, wonderland, red door hostels. scooty are easily available on hire. I would suggest travel with someone to cut down the expenses more. drinks are cheap,
If you have time, can you just tell me about expected expenses and how much time i should spend in Goa to explore beautiful places of Goa

It’s an impossible question to answer really because Goa as one whole state has different vibe and attracts a different kind of travellers. To talk about your base :- it can be either North Goa or South Goa. North goa is quite in action and developed. South is serene and still developing. So if you want to stay in calm and less noisy place then South Goa. Best beaches which you have to visit :- Palolem , Agonda , Versa and Vegator. Baga and Vegator are best for night life. Arambol has some best beach shacks.

South has its own charm and so does north, if you can manage your time, you can visit both in 7 days or so
