North Goa, no doubt about it.. dec is the Christmas🎄🎅🔔❄ time. you will have fun and frolic parties, enjoy beach, awesome weather and delicious sea food. if u r a party animal, if u want peaceful time, south goa is always very calm and peaceful.
UpvoteCommentHi.... expenditure in goa is totally depend on your choice, if u want budget travel, u can book oyo, Air BNB, or hostels such as wanderers, wonderland, red door hostels. scooty are easily available on hire. I would suggest travel with someone to cut down the expenses more. drinks are cheap,
