Hi yes, you can make international trip easily within 60k (indian rupees). last year, i visited to thailand with my family and it cost me 60k (for 2) including airfare, hotel and food. you can visit Bangkok and Pataya within this amount for 6 days and 5 nights. Departure would be From Delhi. in Bangkok, you can go to temples and market. in Pataya you can go to Island which is corol island and other beaches and take fun of water rides.

Within your budget I would recommend Thailand or Bhutan. Thailand is all about beaches and partying. These days there are direct flights to Phuket from most Metros and you can get good discounts on flights if you research well. As for hotels you may have to compromise slightly keeping in mind your budget. If you wanted to enjoy beautiful mountain sceneries, peaceful environment, cold weather and less crowded place, visit Bhutan. The place is relatively inexpensive and you will get good hotels within budget. To save on flight expense, consider a round trip to Bagdogra and take a cab/bus to India-Bhutan border (Jaigaon). No visa is required for Indians and Indian currency accepted throughout the country.
