Kerala weather in june would be decent enough to explore the place. The temperature would be around 20-30 degree. If you find more humidity you can just go explore in the early morning till 11-12 and than again start in the afternoon maybe by 4, when you visit the beaches. Must places to cover like

June will be mostly monsoon, and it does rain a lot there. For places check fort Kochi, munnar, thekkady, varkala, alapuzza etc.
