I think that is no longer the mandate. However, safety, other's as well as yours should be the most important thing.

Quarantine is not mandatory.You can come and roam freely.However,safety should be your priority and you should take adequate precautions.

Unless you test positive or possess any symptoms, there is no requirement for you to go through the quarantine period.
