I dont think u can recover it yourself...may be the IT team of tripoto can help. best you can do is write a mail to them

You can't recover your trip. once you delete your trip you got a mail from tripoto regarding why you delete your trip post on this mail you can reply that it's by mistake hope they help you to get back your post.
