Hi I just paid for an online experience with tripoto. for a webinar with Ambika Bharadwaj on travel writing. I received an SMS that my amount had been deducted but the payment page showed an error. I don't know how to access my purchase anymore.

Check your email. You should receive voucher details with the reference ID for the session you have paid for.

You will receive all details on the same mail. The session will be held on Google Meet app. If you haven't received the mail, contact Tripoto.

I had made payment for an online workshop beinf conducted by Sharanya Iyer scheduled for 23rd May however despite making the payment of Rs 1180 I have not received the invoice confirmation or any link to the workshop. I have written to info@tripoto.com
