Hi Wagah border timing is 4:00pm,October will be right time, as in summers it gets very hot. You can plan the trip in a manner that you visit Golden Temple in the morning, Jalianwalah Bagh in afternoon and Wagah border on same day in evening. Also, try visiting Golden Temple as early a possible to have less waiting.

Yes it is best time to visit. It is winter time so please take woolen clothes , jackets with you. Also in manali you get 5-6 degree temperature in night so pack your bag accordingly. If you love winter than it is the best time to visit above places you mentioned.

Hi Ravi, Yes, it indeed is a good time to visit Amritsar in October end. The weather would be pleasant. However, it would be cold in Kullu, Manali. Check the weather prior to leaving and prepare accordingly. Happy travelling :)
