There may not be direct ferry from Istanbul to Mykonos .You can fly to Bodrum from Istanbul, take a ferry to Kos, and further ferries to Mykonos and Santorini. Alternatively you can fly from Istanbul to Athens . and then take a ferry from Athens to Mykonos. I did that last year

I have been to santorini to mykonos but i am not sure that directly you can book any ferry from turkey to mykonos as the distance is bit too much.Better you take flight to the nearest airport and then reach to greece

There are ferries from Kasudasi ferry terminal in Turkey.. they leave in the morning to Mykonos.. it is not a direct ferry you need to find a connecting ferry...
