Hi Shivani. My favourite place is Parvati Valley - which is also very cheap. If you go to the smaller villages of Kalga and Pulga you'll find many small guest houses. I know many of them personally and they are safe :)

Hello Shivani...I will suggest Jaipur or Udaipur..I personally like both the places as they are budget friendly, very safe for solo girl traveler and best part is you will get lots of hostel based stays which will provide you a very good ambiance ( also good company, good books and night activities)
