Hi Prasenjit, Here are some unique and quiet vacation destinations in India where you can explore nature, countryside, beaches and mountains: Lakshadweep: This group of islands in the Arabian Sea is known for its pristine beaches, coral reefs, and crystal-clear waters. You can go swimming, snorkeling, diving, and sunbathing on the beaches, or explore the islands' lush forests and mangroves. Lakshadweep is also a great place to relax and unwind, with its slow pace of life and laid-back atmosphere. Kerala: This state in South India is known for its beautiful backwaters, lush green hills, and stunning beaches. You can go kayaking, canoeing, and bird watching in the backwaters, hike in the hills, or relax on the beaches. Kerala is also home to many unique cultures and traditions, which you can experience through its festivals, cuisine, and architecture. Sikkim: This small state in the Himalayas is known for its stunning mountain scenery, Buddhist monasteries, and rhododendron forests. You can go trekking, camping, and mountain biking in the mountains, visit the monasteries, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Sikkim is also a great place to experience Tibetan culture. Arunachal Pradesh: This northeastern state is known for its pristine forests, snow-capped mountains, and tribal cultures. You can go trekking, camping, and whitewater rafting in the forests, visit the Buddhist monasteries, or learn about the tribal cultures. Mountains in North: I will not recommend it now, it's raining here without any warning. Numerous accidents, flooding, and landslides are happening so I suggest not to choose the mountains for the time.being. Beaches: Try Gokarna in Karnataka or Chandipur in Orissa. These are offbeat less crowded places.
