Hello Lakshya, good to see you here. I have never used Huawei. If you have a budget of 30-35k dn Oneplus in that budget is amazing. I personally don't prefer mobile phones for low light photography, reason being it has a small sensor so you cannot get rid of noise. You can shoot good pictures using manual mode from Oneplus as well as Samsung but they both will be for social media only.
Still if you have to compare two brands and pricing I feel OnePlus has an edge. :) best wishes.
