Nestled at an altitude of 1300 metres above sea level, Kolli Hills is pristine and serene hill station in Tamil Nadu. It allures many vacationers with its mesmerizing backdrop and lush vegetation. It is one of the famous pilgrim destinations in South India. It is one of the places in Tamil Nadu that is less affected by commercial tourism. Kollimalai (Kolli Hills) got its name from the local deity Ettukkkai Amman who is regarded as a savior of the local people. It is a land of exotic flora and fauna with a surplus wealth of medicinal plants as well. The climate is enjoyable throughout the year.
