Hey, Saurabh I'd say Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, and Valencia are the best cities to visit during September/October. If you want to cover something offbeat you can plan for Granada and Malaga as well. The weather is pleasant with a little bit of rain, the average temperature would be around 26 degrees in the daytime and drops to 17 degrees at night.
