Hey, just take you bus and book any hotel in Mcleodganj. Everything is nearby only and specially Triund trek you can do by urself.

If you want to do adventures then do it yourself. Dont rely on travel agencies.
Dharamshala and McLeodganj is not that big, you will love to explore as people are very heart warming there.

You can book buses from Delhi to Dharmsala directly through Red bus..it will cost 1500/- approximately, and book hotel at McLeodganj..
over all budget 10k per head approximately from Delhi to Delhi.

Hey, you can easily plan this trip under budget. Stay in Dharamsala for 2-3 days and go for Triund for a day hike/night camping. From there you can go to Dalhousie and do visit Khajiar.
