Hii.. i am.new in tripoto. i uploaded 3 photo/videos back to back after opening my account and achieved 83 credits but after that i published 3more photo till today, but i still hasn’t gain any credits( It's now 78 hrs after publishing) soltuion pls!!!!!

Hi, Sometimes due to heavy traffic on the website, posts take time to get approved. You will receive credit points if and when your trip has been approved by the editorial team soon. If even after waiting for some time you do not receive any email about your post, do write to info@tripoto.com. The Tripoto team will assist you with your issue then. Hope this helps!

It may still be underprocess. if no credits are rewarded, tripoto mails about that too and also tips to edit the post and republish. check out your mailbox.
