Hey Where Next, Considering that you are starting from Kanyakumari by December first week, you can visit these places in a row:- Kanyakumari Rameshwaram Pondicherry Tanjaur Chennai Hampi Bidar Hyderabad Warangal Bhubaneshwar Puri Varanasi Nalanda Bodhgaya Allahabad for Kumbh mela by January end or Feb first week. So above mentioned places re the most sought by solo travelers in North India ... You can check these also when you hitch hike ....
Hi , I would suggest you Allahabad -Kumbh Mela . As I am from the Prayagraj itself so I Prefer everyone must experience the KumbhMela , inscribed on the UNESCO's Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. To be specific this year Ardh Kumbh (Which occurs after 6 years cycle ) . Now Why Kumbh held in Allahabad is different from other three places is that - There is natural Sand bed on the River Banks of Ganga and Yamuna which can be seen here only . Sangam of Ganga and Yamuna as one of the most Holiest Rivers of Hindu Religion.

It is Open for all . Every one ,its just that it is the occasion one can experience extreme Rich Indian Culture . There are other sites too around Allahabad which can be explored as they are not much crowded like other tourist destinations .
