Hey Vyshak, As such pakistan will not issue a tourist visa to an Indian and vice versa ... If you have got relatives in Pakistan, you will get a visitor's visa and not tourist visa ... But, still Pakistan's high commission in Delhi issues visa to a person only through a well known and renowned your operators ... So you can get through them, and still you will be restricted from visiting few places in Pakistan ... Many say it's laborious and pain staking process to answer a lotttt of questions and also to provide all the documents they ask for a visa ... If you are really ready for all this things, do your home work well before and search for an Indian who has visited Pakistan and get information about proceedings ...
