Wen I went to Darjeeling we couldn't fine any paragliding there.. but yes usually people clun gangtok and darjeeling.. and yes gangtok has n no of adventure spots for paragliding.. and the view from the top is just amazing.. you can definitely try it out there. it would cost you around 5k.. and it purely depends on the wind and the weathe6.. if it rains or drizzles they would not go ahead with it..
