No need of any permit..Jus go for it you will find tents there at rents at Rs400 per person..For further query read my blog on Parvati valley.I visited there in June 2018.

You don't need a permit for Kheerganga trek. You just need to carry your tents and the essentials you need.

Their is no need of permission to go their. it is live only for 2 months that are being already passed. it is open for the month of june and july only.
