Good question. You must start reading. Read newspaper (editorial). Jot down the tough words in a diary and go through them. Use them in everyday conversation.

Practice is the best thing. in order to practice, you will need to read it a lot, hear a lot, even start thinking in English.

Read more articles that you like, and also constantly practice. Create your blog or website where you can write about what interests you. Contact professional writers for help https://www.summarizing.biz/, order several articles, analyze them and start to produce your own style. Perhaps first it will be difficult, but the main thing is not to give up and continue to write articles.
