To travel to Sikkim from Pune, you can fly from Pune to Bagdogra Airport, which is the nearest airport to Sikkim. From there, you can take a taxi or bus to reach Sikkim. Alternatively, you can take a train to New Jalpaiguri, which is also located near Sikkim, and then travel by taxi or bus.

If u r planing to go by flight then nearest airport is Badgodra which is domestic airport. you can hire taxi for gangtok easily. Alse u can reach jalpaiguri which is nearest railway station

The nearest airport from Sikkim is Bagdogra airport. There are no direct flights from Pune to Bagdogra Airport. You can easily book connecting flights or travel to Mumbai and take a direct flight from Mumbai to Bagdogra. From Bagdogra airport it takes around 5 hours to reach Gangtok by road. Hello, The fastest and most convenient means to reach from Pune to Sikkim is by air. One can board a direct flight from Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport in Mumbai which takes around 2 hours while a connecting Pune to Sikkim flight takes around 5 hours of travel time. Travelers who wish to use the railway services to cover Pune to Sikkim distance can take a train up to NJP railway station in Siliguri as there are no direct Pune to Sikkim trains.
