You can visit this link, https://www.tripoto.com/tour-packages, and then select the package you booked from the travel agent you want to write a review about. Click on the name of the travel agent (holiday service provider) and you'll see a get screen with agent's profile with an option in the right half of the screen to rate and review the agent. You can write your review and click on Post to complete the review.
