Hi Maria! In February, Bhutan is sunny during the day but gets very cold at night and may drop to below 0 degree Celsius. However, March marks the beginning of tourist season in Bhutan so if you wish to take a low budget trip with lesser crowds, then February is a good option. In February, you will also be able to catch a variety of cultural festivals in Bhutan. The skies are clear and the day weather is bitter sweet. Just remember to pack well and carry good woolen layers!
