I think it is the best time for goa. most of the indian crowd would have left and only few foreigners are there. weather is extremely pleasant and all shacks clubs/pubs are open. the hotels are cheaper (than december) and so are the air tickets

Hey Niwedita Goa is place where you can go in summer and winter also this place is really good to see konkani and Portugal culture as well as it's famous for crowded beaches so u can plan to visit Goa December to may keep traveling
