Hi, end of October and beginning of November is a pleasant time to visit Bali. It's not rainy season there so you shouldn't face any issues. The rainy season kicks in from second week of November. I'd also recommend you visit Jatiluwih Rice Terraces and Besakih temple while there.
UpvoteCommentUsually November brings first weeks of rainy season, but it's not as bad as December :) Also, the rains are usually intense but quick, so you can still enjoy some sunshine (https://www.thomascook.com/holidays/weather/asia/bali/november/). Late October-early November could be a good choice to catch some deals as it's the end of busy tourist season. There are still some things to do in Bali in November (https://rove.me/to/bali#Oct27-Nov05/), so should be ok.
