How many days is recommended for North Sikkim?(Yumthang, Lachen,Gurudongmar,Zero Point, Chopta, Lachung).Would 2 nights&3 days be enough? (Can skip Chopta). None of the tour operator/agents are offering Zero Point in the itinerary. Why is that?

Hi Shilpi, yes it is possible to cover the mentioned places in 3D/2N. On day one, cover Lachung, Yumthang and Zero Point. Spend the night in Lachung or Lachen. On day two, visit Lachen, Chopta and Gurudongmar. Spend the night in Lachen. On day three, you can head back to Gangtok.

Thank you Vinayak for your reply. I went to Sikkim in October and did the North Sikkim trip in 3 days 2 nights. Day 1- Gangtok to Lachen, overnight stay in Lachen. Day 2- Lachen to Guurudongmar/Chopta and reach Lachung. Stay in Lachung overnight. Day 3- Lachung to Zero Point and Yumthang. Back to Gangtok.
