Considering that you want to touch every tourist site in Goa, I would say that plan a 3-day trip. Generally, bike visits in Goa are like 1 day for the whole of South Goa, second day for the whole of North Goa and the 3rd day for any places left out or for visiting the markets, especially the Saturday Night Market.

It depends on you you you want to just measuring the road it will take 1 day or if you want to enjoy it will take 3 to 4 days

2 days are more than enough to cover whole of Goa!
From the beaches to the forts to the markets everything can be covered under this span.
