If you are planing solo trip for a 5 days it"ll be 4500. you can book hotel 1965 in manali its a very cheap & clean room there with beautiful view. & i you wish to visit in manikaran here you can take a room in gurudwara manikaran without any cost and get langar(free food) too. if you want more details about the trip you can inbox me i'll share my experince with you.

For a 4N stay , an avg. price would be somewhere around 10K if you are well with planning the things in accordance with affordable stays and meals.

Take to n fro Volvo from Delhi, and there 15k for 4 days is ok, depending on yoyr preferences
