It is costing around 20K from Leh to Leh, but it also depending on operators. Some charging more, some charging less depends of providing serves.

Hey Ashu, Total it will cost you approx 30-35k including everything. As safety is the first priority for Chadar trek so book it with a reputed trekking agency. Some trekking agency will show 18-20 k for the trek but ultimately it will cost you 30-35k anyway. Happy trekking!!!!!!!!

Chadar Trek is one of the difficult trek for beginners. If you feel you are physically and mentally fit go ahead.
Multiple trek operators like Trek the Himalayas, Thrillophilia, India Hikes offer Chaddar trek. The cost of trek alone would cost you about Rs. 25000. apart from that you add on a additional 10k for flight charges from Delhi to Leh from where trek begins.

From delhi it will cost arround 30 to 35k, if you book it through any service provides like Adventure nation, Trek the Himalaya etc, some would charge less some more but also some cover more distance and some would cover less. also, you can go with one of the local (leh) service providers, it may cost a bit less.
