Depends on how you're planning to do it. If you're looking for a hitchhiking adventure, you'll can be done within 15k (excluding going to JK and coming back)

If you want to cover the famous spots in Jammu and Kashmir which can be done in a week, you can take a maximum budget of 15k to be in safe side, also it obviously depends upon the type of traveller you are.

For a J&K trip the budget entirely depends on your mode of travel you choose and the stay you choose.
Since ola uber doesnt work, it would be great to utilize the local transportation to save 💰. And for stay, I would recommend a AirBNB or home stay if you're Oki with it otherwise, a budget hotel with 3-4 star rating, so that you can save money to explore the various places in and surrounding J&K. Factoring everything, of you are a family of say four (two kids and two adults) and plan to stay for 3-4 days anything between INR 25 to 35 thousand would be sufficient. Please be informed this is excluding your flight tickets.

Depends on the no of days you are going there for. 2-3 days will come down to 15k -17k excluding flight fare which again totally depends on your location.

If you are going to roam around the whole of Jammu and Kashmir then you willl probably need 20-25k but if yoou have 5-6 places in your mind to visit in whole of the state then probaby it will cost you 10-15k.
