    Click on the edit option(the pen tool) of the blog. In the edit mode you will find a camera icon on the top right of your blog over your existing blog cover picture. click on the icon and change the required picture

    I think first you should update your app. The option to change your picture lies on your profile, at the bottom right portion itself.. but I also faced the same issue.. if you update your app.. it il be fine

    Go to edit blog option , then you will find camera icon . Click on that and select picture you want .

    There is an edit option for the posted blog. Go to it and click on camera button to edit the picture.
