Hi Preet Kamal! Both islands in the Andamans are accessible through a chartered boat. After reaching Port Blair you can take a short boat ride to Cinque Island or to Barren Island. You can either take a direct flight to Port Blair from various airports. Alternatively, you can go till Chennai and take a boat from Chennai Port as well.
