Local train are available from Cst station get down at Kurla station from there you can catch a taxi it's near by

Take a local to Dadar station. Outside Dadar, there are lots of share taxis that take you to LTT. Alternatively, you could take a direct cab to LTT as well but that might be expensive and time consuming.

LTT is on Harbour line and it is most convenient to commute by Local if it is not in the peak hours. It’s is the next stop after Kurla as you have to get down at Tikal Nagar. LTT is hardly any distance form there.

Take train from cst... Going towards vashi Belapur or panvel Get down at Tilak nagar railway station LTT terminus is walkable from there.

Take fast local from cst to kurla on central line. Then take auto with meter or shared to LLT. Hardly 1 or 2 km it is.
