The most common way to reach Lumbini in Nepal from Bodhgaya in India is to reach Gorakhpur by train, and then take a bus to Sunauli, from where you can either wait for the buses or get a cab to reach Lumbini, which is only 30 kms. The total one-way fare may be approximately ₹1,500- ₹2,500. But it's recommended that you double check the same yourself before trusting these numbers as the fares keep changing.
