I would suggest it depends upon your target audience and your intention. Do you want to provide a brief itinerary to your readers or you want to narrate your experiences.
Do you want your blog to remind you of what all places you visited and what all activities you did or you want it to remind you of how good you spend your time and how good the new experiences were. Depending on that, you may choose your style of writing. In both cases obviously you will talk about your itinerary, only difference would be the amount of details.

I write for myself. That way my trips details are saved somewhere and I can check anytime and enjoy the memories.In this process if my writing helps someone to plan thier trip that's bonus. Just narrate whatever you did, what was special, what was your thoughts being there, etc. Don't think much about the readers. It's your creation is should make you happy frist
