Hello Smruti, you need to give more time to photography. I always say photography is all about practice and how much time time you spend in the field. also you need to know the basic compositions of photography, a picture with a good composition is always a good picture. Also just capturing a moment is not everything, you need to make it look beautiful with color correction, dodge burn and other thing in the post processing.
