Start from one days trips in your hometown or city. Go to National parks or walking tours and then start hikes or trekking. Then go for more than one day trips out of your city. then you can explore Solo traveling.
Firstly know which kind of travel interests you. Upon knowing plan something nearby, so that if in case anything spoils ur fun u can always make ur way back home.
