Hey Gaurav, December is off season for tourists in Leh so there will be not many hotels open at that time. So make a prebooking before going there. You can search hotels on Oyo,Make my trip or Trivago.

Its not recommended. :) if you still gong, make sure to pre book. and get lots of warm clothes as it too cold there

Its better if u take guest house. . Their is a guest house called shayanar guest house 1km away from Shanti stupa. Its very good. Ive tried it
