Hi. I just uninstalled the app and then reinstalled as many suggested. It works fine now 🙂
Before sending an email for support ,one should try updating the aap from playstore or re - install or perhaps re loging for the problem to be solved automatically. May be there IS a technical problem, if so the team must be working hard to clear the issue ...

Had the same problem .. you can update the app. or reinstall the app. this will work for sure.
