How long it has been? I got credit after 7-8 days. You should wait at least for week then you can mail.

Even I faced similar issue, there is some problem with Tripoto platform.
Mailing to their support team should help :)

Doneness it takes a lil while to get your credits it took me more than a week to get my credits but off you wait you might get it

Check your mail, you usually receive a mail from them saying why you didn't receive any credits on the particular trip or photo blog. Wait for a few days then mail them.
