Well it depends on your likings...if you love experiencing natural beauty and scenic views Bhutan is the destination to choose.
However if you are fine with more of architecture and high rise buildings then Dubai could be the destination for you.I would personally recommend Bhutan.The weather should be nice there and its natural beauty is worth seeing.

Hi Surbhi, All the 3 travel destinations are amazing and mostly visited during November to January as the weather is pleasant and good to go. Unlike Bhutan and Nepal, where you will have clear skies and cool atmosphere, in Dubai the temperature is a bit high (not that much hot). So if you want to enjoy your holiday amidst cool surroundings then head towards either Bhutan or Nepal. Also, Dubai holds Dubai Shopping Festival during December. So, you can plan to go Dubai and have a great New Year celebrations. Happy travelling!
