In Feb, route via manali will remain closed.So you can go only via Shimla.There will be harsh cold at that time so pack your winter clothes like 1)jackets 2)Gloves
3)woolen cap
4)woolen socks
5)warm inners
6)scarf
7)moisturizer for dry skin and lips
8)Good Shoes

Hey Akshai, The route to spiti valley or kaza would be ... Manali - Marhi - ROHTANG pass - Gramphoo - Chattru - Batal - Chandertal lake - Kunzom pass - Losar - Kaza ... And all the way back to manali ... Near kaza you can visit Kee Kibber .. Gete Tashigang Hikkim Komic Langza All these Places will be covered with snow and the climate will be freezing at nights ... Hi Akshai, the weather is going to be brutal in the month of february, the temperature is going to remain below -10 and everything is going to be snow covered. Some of the routes would be closed because of snow and not all the places would be accessible. You will have to chose Kinnaur route as the Manali side would be closed.
